Technology originally developed for blast protection of hardened shelters has been further refined to shield occupants, equipment and processes of offshore, petrochemical and industrial facilities against destructive overpressures by deflagration or explosion of flammable gases, vapours and dust.
Our traditional expertise in filtration of toxic gases, hazardous solid particles and aerosols is the basis for our new CBRN filtration technology offered in filtration systems for mobile applications such as protective tents and containers, vehicles and vessels and other mobile field units.
TEMET’s wide technological background allows design and engineering of custom projects to fulfil customer specifications. Examples of custom solutions range from protection for laboratories conducting research on energetic materials to protection for complex operational facilities responsible for managing an entire nation’s defence system. In custom projects TEMET can greatly benefit from close collaboration with its sister companies within the TEMET Group.
