Temet Group has appointed Simo Hakkarainen as Executive Vice President, Sales, effective 1 August 2026. He will also join Temet Group’s Management Team.

Simo Hakkarainen brings more than 20 years of international experience in sales leadership, business development and project delivery across the construction, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed business opportunities, built customer and partner relationships, and delivered complex technical solutions across international markets.

His appointment strengthens Temet’s commercial leadership at a time of growing international demand for civil, defence and industrial protective infrastructure.

In his new role, Simo Hakkarainen will lead Temet’s international sales organization and strengthen the company’s commercial capabilities across its markets. He will focus on expanding Temet’s international presence, developing customer and partner networks, and ensuring that the company’s protective infrastructure expertise reaches the organizations and communities that need it. As a member of the Group Management Team, he will also contribute to Temet’s strategic direction and international business development.
