Wojciech brings more than 25 years of international experience in executive management, business development, scaling businesses, B2B sales and technical operations. He has held senior leadership positions at KONE and Sescom Europe, with responsibility for businesses and teams across Poland, Ukraine and other European markets.

He has extensive experience in P&L and general management, business transformation, M&A, major projects, sales and operational performance. Throughout his career, Wojciech has built and led teams through periods of significant growth and change, combining analytical decision-making with a strong focus on people, performance and accountability.

Poland and Eastern Europe are an important part of Temet’s international growth. As Managing Director of Temet Poland, Wojciech will lead the development of Temet’s business and market position in Poland. In his role as Senior Vice President, Eastern Europe, he will lead regional growth and strengthen relationships with authorities, customers, investors, architects, contractors and local partners.

His responsibilities will also include developing Temet’s position in the civil protection and critical infrastructure markets across the region. As a Member of the Board of Temet Polska, Wojciech will contribute to the company’s strategic direction and development.
